He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn Moore (Gomes); his parents, Charles Moore and Odessa Moore (Patton); his children, Charles Watts of New Britain, CT, Keith (Sarah Moore), Grant Moore of Waterbury, CT and Sarah Moore of Bristol, CT; his brother Maso Russell of Belmont, NC; his grandchildren, Griffin, Ethan, Jadyn, Mya, Bella, Kai, Cecelia and Eli; his nephew Richard; and his nieces, Cynthia and Cheryl.
