She was predeceased by : her husband Richard A. Zahacewski; her parents, David Chase and Josephine Chase (Barilla); and her siblings, Lawrence, David, George, Riley Chase and Marjorie Fletcher.

She is survived by : her sons, Gary Zahacewski of Bristol and Paul Zahacewski of Granby; her grandson David Zahacewski of California; and her niece Ann Quattrocchi.
