She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kaczmarczyk and Jennie Kaczmarczyk (Pietrowski); her granddaughter Chelsea Carter; her brother David Kaczmarczyk; and her daughter-in-law Patricia Ann Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, David Kevin Carter of Terryville and Richard Carter (Laura) of Bristol; her siblings, Paul Kaczmarczyk, Paula Pellegrino and Janet Kaczmarczyk; her grandchildren, Kirsten Carter of Middletown, Brandon Carter of Illinois, Adam of Bristol and Katherine Carter of Bristol; and her great grandchildren, Kai Martinik, Jaxson Flattery and Raven Carter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
