She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ward Coulter and Elizabeth Coulter (Hresko); and her sister Peggy Burnett. She is survived by: her children, David B. Devoe (Dawn Murphy), Diane S. Krajewski (Robert) and Debbie Woodard-Dixon (Kevin); her sister Donna Valentino; and her grandchildren, Michelle McGraw (David), Joseph Devoe (Jessica), Danielle Mincarelli (Rob), Crystal Hanbury (Tim) and Elizabeth Woodard (David). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
