She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Zelek (Waligura) and Jan Zelek; and her siblings, Raymond Zelek, Mary Groman, John Zelek, Louise Glaser, Joseph Zelek, Peter Zelek, Henry Zelek and Edward Zelek.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond J. Bak; her children, Michael Bak (Linda) of Bristol, Daniel Bak of Bristol, Diane Muzzarelli (Paolo) of Windsor and Mariane Hart (Joseph) of Hebron; her grandchildren, Michael Bak Jr., Jonathan Bak, Jason Bak, Michelle Kepler (Martial), Joseph Bak, Jennifer Bak, Jaqueline Hart, David Hart, Lily Muzzarelli and Pearl Muzzarelli; and her great grandchild Bonnie Amelia Kepler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
