She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis D. Callaghan and Esther Gertrude Callaghan (Rogers); her sisters, Louise and Madelyn; her husband Frank Provenzano; her daughter Joan Provenzano; her spouses, Louise Callaghan, John, Alberta Callaghan (Bert) and Mary (Callaghan); and her in-laws, Elizabeth Pahl (Provenzano), Vincenzo (Jim) and Alice Provenzano.
She is survived by: her cousin Carol Roy; her daughters, Louise, Elizabeth, Francesca and Catherine Provenzano of Philadelphia, PA.; her grandchildren, Dominic, Francesco (Franco), Sofia Patria (Sam Marsh), Abigail and Madeleine Malin; and her sisters-in-law, Joan Callaghan, Dorothy Callaghan (Dotty) and Anna Ofiara (Provenzano). She is also survived by 40 nieces and nephews.
