She was predeceased by: her husband Edward W. Kozikowski; her daughter Rosemarie Garfi (Frank); her grandchildren, Anthony of Tampa, FL, Andrew Kozikowski of New Britain and Christine Hicks (Ryan); and her great grandchild Amelia of Rocky Hill.
She is survived by: her son James E. Kozikowski (Maria) of Wethersfield; and her sister-in-law Inge Jesse. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
