With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita Rose Shorette of Bristol, Connecticut, born in West Charleston, Vermont, who passed away on December 20, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fontaine and Aurora Fontaine; her husband Leland G. Shorette; her daughter Dona Nadeau; and her siblings, George, Lawrence, Adelard, Lionel Fontaine and Theresa Petersen.

She is survived by: her daughter Nancy; her son-in-law Ray Nadeau of Bristol; and her siblings, Del Fontaine, Lucille Patenaude and Helen Beauregard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
