She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincenzo Culotta and Marianna Culotta (Perrone); and her siblings, Dominic Culotta, Mary Hudson, Connie Rivnak, Rose Brown and Josephine Bennett.
She is survived by: her husband David J. Thormahlen of Bristol; her son Robert Manizza (Kathy) of Winston-Salem, NC; her granddaughter Suzanne Manizza-Roszak (Jonny Roszak); her great grandchild Sander Roszak; her stepsons, David Thormahlen (Tammy) and Scott Thormahlen (Brenda); and her grandchildren, Amy, Jeremy, Jon, Tyler, Kaitlyn and Keegan. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
