He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Sr. Caraluzzi and Julia Caraluzzi (Pennachio); and his brothers, Louie and Eddie Caraluzzi. He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Caraluzzi (Bruce); his sons, James (Pamela), John (Sandra) and Steven (Brandi); his brother Anthony Caraluzzi, Jr. (Roberta); and his sisters-in-law, Rose and Pamela Caraluzzi. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, gifts or meals, contributions in his memory may be made to St. Marguerite Bourgeoys or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
