He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Quigley and Bernice Quigley; his mother-in-law Mary T. Flanagan; his siblings, John Quigley, Kathryn Scofield and Peter Quigley; and his nephew James Quigley.
He is survived by: his wife Maryellen Quigley; his brothers, Patrick Quigley and William Quigley; and his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Quigley and Barbara Quigley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
