He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hartman and Loneita Hartman; his siblings, Helen Hartman Gemmill of Bucks County, PA, John I Hartman Jr. of Lancaster, PA and Phyllis Youngquist of Lancaster, PA; and his wife Mary E Shenk Hartman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
