She is survived by: her children, Carmen Maldonado (Iliana), Elizabeth Rivera, Madeline Maldonado, Marisol Williams and Ernest Maldonado; and her sister Trinidad Sanchez (Trini). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
