He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Torres and Teofila Rodriguez; and his siblings, Pedro, Enrique and Carmen Delia.
He is survived by: his wife Francisca Torres; his siblings, Maria Torres, Jose Antonio, Juan, Teresa, Maria Providencia, Ernesto and Tomasa; and his children, Yesenia Torres (Angel Morales Jr.), Julio M. Torres (Madelin Torres) and Manuel Torres Jr. (Lydia Torres).
