She is survived by: her siblings, Mercedes, Evangelina, Margarita, Francisco, Emilio, Guillermo and Luis; her children, Laura Eugenia, Doris (Socorro), Johnny Alberto, Juan Guillermo, Mario Ignacio, Fabio Leon, Jorge William, Diana Trinidad, Edgar Mauricio, Jairo Antonio Mazo Palacio, Gilberto Antonio Mazo Palacio, Nestor Francisco Mazo Palacio, Conrado DeJesus Mazo Palacio of Jesus and Cruz Nelida Mazo Palacio; her grandchildren, Eduar Esmith Ramirez Mazo, Victor Yulieth Ramirez Mazo, Jairo Alexander, Mazo Velasquez, Erica Tatiana Mazo Restrepo, Omar Antonio Mazo Velasquez and Edwin Fabian; her great grandchildren, Jessica Valenica Mazo, Maria Camila Rivera Mazo, Maria Paula Valencia Mazo, Vanessa Sanchez Murillo, Viviana Sanchez Mazo, Geraldine Mazo Velasquez and Victor; her great great grandchildren, Maria Angel Isaza Valencia, Liam Gallego Valencia, Joel Gallego, Bruno Ruiz Sanchez, Massimo Isaza Valencia, Ismael Isaza Calencia and Zoe Gallego Valencia; her children, Nohemy of Jesus, Ani Mazo, Iris Rodriguez Mazo, Milagros Pena, Gloria Luz Días, Ruth Faicely Mazo, Ketty Castro Mazo and Angela Acero Mazo; and her close friend Luz Margarita Torres of Sandova.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Community Funeral Chapels (798 Park Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06604). Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Peter's Church (695 Colorado Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06605).
