He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Castillo and Francisca Reyes; and his siblings, Chu Castillo, Monche Castillo and Juanita Castillo.

He is survived by: his daughter Myrna Vivo; his grandchildren, Lina Vivo and George Vivo Jr.; his son Clemente Castillo Jr.; his grandson Clemente Castillo III; his great grandchild Leiliana Castillo; his son Adrian Castillo; his grandson Adrian Castillo Jr.; and his siblings, Modesta Castillo, Julia Castillo, Carmen Castillo, Clara Castillo, Sonia Santiago, Tony Castillo, Charlie Castillo and Jibo Castillo.
