She is survived by: her children, Richard Besse of West Haven and Kimberly Besse of Meriden; her grandchildren, Hunter, Emily, Hanna and Jonathan; and her siblings, Laurie Bellocchio, Mary Buzzell, Lynette Henthorn, Michael Merola and Georgia Ann Merola. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
