She is survived by: her children, Jan Voolstra, Theodoor Voolstra and Felichia Voolstra; and her siblings, David Keetell, Elizabeth Keetell-Forslund, Michelle Keetell and Theo Keetell. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
