She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Violante and Elizabeth Violante (Paparella); and her son Stephen Schmauderer. She is survived by: her husband Steven Schmauderer; her daughter Kim Look of Maine; her siblings, Thomas Violante (Cheryl) of New Haven and Kaaren Violante of West Haven; her sister-in-law Linda O'Brien (Thomas) of Denver; and her nieces, Samantha Violante and Carissa Violante. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service (43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven, CT 06512). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 12:50 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the St. Lawrence Cemetery (280 Derby Ave, West Haven, CT 06516).
