Vining Jr. of Branford, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J., Sr. and Mary Jean Hurley Vining. He is survived by: his friend Bill W.; his siblings, Jay Vining of Shelton, Brian Vining of Norwich and Susan Vining of Cheshire; his niece Margaret Vining of Norwich; and his pets, Jackson and Beau.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10:00 in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 2819 Whitney Ave., Hamden. (Meet directly at church, and masks must be worn. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Hamden. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter, 749 East Main Street, Branford, CT 06405).
