He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Lounsbury Phenix of Melbourne, FL; his son Matthew A. Phenix; his siblings, Yvette Phenix Chambers of Branford, CT, Mary Phoenix of Clarksdale, AZ and John Phenix of Old Tappan, N. J.; and his granddaughters, Ashley Phenix Hughes of Melbourne, FL and Audrey A. Phenix. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
