With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nathan Silverstein of Branford, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 14, 2024 at the age of 100. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nathan Silverstein to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Silverstein (Kosofsky) and Samuel Silverstein; and his siblings, Evelyn (Fain), Irv and Mike.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Silverstein (Eunice Froeliger) of Charlotte, VT., Richard P. Silverstein (Jamie Alosi) of New Haven, CT. and Nancy Ashcroft of Guilford, CT.; his grandchildren, Molly Bierman (Sam) of Sparks, MD, Michael Silverstein, Greta Van Campen of Thomaston, ME, Tess Ashcroft of Delray, FL, Nathan Ashcroft (Michayla) of Silver Spring, MD and Will Ashcroft of Brooklyn, NY.; and his great grandchildren, Noa Mae Silverstein, Nellie Ault Silverstein and Bodi Bierman.
