It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Diane Thompson of Branford, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on September 4, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Fisher and Vera Fisher of Orange, CT.; her husband Richard; her sons, Ryan (Valerie) and Michael (Megan); her grandsons, Arthur, Theodore and Henry; her siblings, Douglas (Margaret) and Sharon; her brother-in-law William (Judith); and her pet Red. She was also cherished by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Diane Thompson Memorial Fund at W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home with the proceeds going towards a memorial bench in her happy place, Long Beach Island.
