He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas V. O'Keefe Sr. and Cecelia McQueeney O'Keefe. He is survived by: his close friend Karen Kenney of Branford; and his siblings, Patricia Burns (Peter) and Thomas O'Keefe Jr. (Mary Lou). He is also survived by her daughters and her grandchildren.
