Carole A. Shaff Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole A. Shaff of Branford, Connecticut, born in Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on March 14, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald H. Shaff; her parents, John Pehkonen and Elizabeth Stewart Pehkonen; and her brother John. She is survived by: her children, Richard Hansen (Cheryl), Lawrence Hansen (Sonia), Gabrielle Consolino (Doug Stepenosky) and Nicole Sturgess (late Paul Sturgess) of Branford; her stepchildren, Nancy Burke (John), Ronnie Quella (Jeffrey), Martin Shaff (Sandra), Susan Puckhaber and Jennifer Jepsen (David) of Manchester; and her siblings, Johanne Arla Block, Elizabeth Ann Schoessow, Karen Ann Timian (Richard), Mara Pehkonen (Philip), Eric (Kori), Karl and William Pehkonen. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
