He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Sparks and Erwin Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sparks (Steady); his children, Robert Sparks of East Haven, Katie Scalia of Madison and Kenneth Sparks (Michelle) of Norton, MA.; his grandchildren, Ben Sparks, Ashley and Hailey Scalia; and his brother Erwin "Ray" Sparks.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Tabor Lutheran Church (45 Tabor Dr, Branford, CT 06405).
