He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patrick Witter O'Neil and Marion O'Neil; his spouse Rae; his sons, Kevin and Brian; and his grandchildren, Lily, Liam, Zoe and Isabel.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Park Congregational Church (283 Broadway, Norwich, CT 06360).
