He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eldred Foster and Lynda Foster; his wife Janette Foster of Bolton, CT; his daughters, Kirsten Foster (Frank Vernier) of Manchester, CT and Audrey Foster of Vernon, CT; his sister Christine Gilbert (John Gilbert) of Spencer, MA; his nephews, Jonathan and Patrick Gilbert; his cousin Joseph Perkins; his brother Scott Foster; his grandparents, William, Florence Dickson and Helen Perkins; and his pet Molly.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home (400 Main St, Manchester, CT 06040). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Holy Family (185 Church St, Amston, CT 06231).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) in honor of Steve.
