He is survived by: his wife Krista Clark of Bolton; his children, Kyleen Mike (Benjamin) of Andover, Tyler Clark (Aubrey) of Bolton, Justin Clark of Bolton and Bethany Clark of Bolton; his grandchildren, Dominic DiFronzo, Mason, Grace Clark, Makenna and Declan Mike; his sister Sandra Dubiel (Mike) of Manchester; and his brother-in-law Walt Ward of Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bolton Volunteer Fire Department, 168 Bolton Center Road, Bolton, CT 06043.
