He was predeceased by: his spouse Vannesse Orr Rowe; his parents, Cecil Rowe and Estelle Rowe (Webb); and his brothers, Kenneth and Fred Rowe.
He is survived by: his children, James Rowe (Cathy) of San Jose, CA, John Rowe (Denise) of Chelsea, MI and Jane Riggio (Paul) of Deep River, CT; his grandchildren, Sarah Rowe (Harley O'Brien), Katrina Stoufflet (Jason), James C. Rowe (Kim), Julianne Finkelnburg (Erik), Abbyt Rowe (Katie Morrison), Brittany Riggio (Aaron Ribchinsky) and Amanda Lutz (Chris); his great grandchildren, Kiley Stoufflet, Jenna Rowe, Samantha Rowe, Lily Ann Finkelnburg, Katheryn Rose Finkelnburg, Luca Ribchinsky, Mevy Ribchinsky and Reed Ribchinsky; and his brother Cecil D. Rowe (Caroline) of Knoxville, TN.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
