He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor M. Churilla (Palmer); his parents, George Churilla and Mary Churilla (Kozak); his son Edward Churilla; and his grandson Michael Churilla.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Lanzano (Ron) of South Windsor, Katherine Legere (Roland) of Scotland, CT and David Churilla (Lanny) of San Diego, CA; his brother Robert Churilla (Jackie); his grandchildren, Jennifer Pelosi (Joseph), Matthew Churilla (Emily), Heather Lanzano (Allen), Sarah White (Andy), Benjamin Churilla, Caitlin Surrell (Alyssa) and Megan Legere; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kylie, Emma, Alexander, Jared and Jaden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
