He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Culshaw of Liverpool and England; his wife Sue of Bloomfield; his daughter Alison of Brooklyn, NY; and his brother Paul of Yorktown Heights, NY. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In order to adhere to COVID safety mandates, masks will be required, as well as 6' of social distancing, and a maximum number of 100 participants.
