“I am going to miss Mrs. Lumpkin so much. I remember the summers my brother and I would visit my father and spend time with the Lumpkins. I enjoyed talking with her. This is one of the sweetest people I could have known. She was always loving no matter what. She was always putting others first, true to herself. This past Thanksgiving my mother, daughter and I went to Connecticut and this was the last time I saw Mrs. Lumpskin face-to-face. May God provide the family with comfort.”
