He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bartley and Gertrude Bartley; his parents-in-law, Una Morgan and Cleveland Morgan; and his brother-in-law David Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Bartley; and his daughter Destiney Bartley. He is also survived by several stepchildren and grandchildren.
It is with great sadness that Vincent Bartley has been called home to his eternal rest with his Lord Jesus Christ on July 20th 2020 at 12:25 a. m. in Lake Worth Florida after succumbing to Covid-19, along with other health complications; he was 71 years old.
