He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. H. Cox Jr. and Phebe Tucker Everson; and his brother Harry T. Cox. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kate Sullivan Cox; his children, Katie Cox Pelletier (Mitchell) of Bow, Tom Cox Jr. of West Hartford and Ben Cox (Gabrielle) of West Hartford; his grandchildren, Aaron, Lila and Ian Pelletier; and his siblings, Edwin T. Cox (Jacquelyne Gardner) and Phebe S. Condon (Robert). He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and truly great friends.
