Powell of Richmond, VA; his siblings, Rona Harty of Windsor, Roy Powell (Audrey) of Florida, William Powell of Bloomfield and Dorrel Russell of Texas; his nephew Mark Harty; and his nieces, Andrea McLean and Dianne McKitty. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
