He was predeceased by: his siblings, Steve and Janet; and his parents, Wayne Koontz and Rebecca Elliott Koontz. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina White (Matthew) and Stephanie Koontz (Charlie Radoslovich); and his grandchildren, Peter, Dan White, Ben and Ella Radoslovich.
