It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Abrahms (Bloomfield, Connecticut), born in West Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on August 5, 2011, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Max Blumenthal of Hartford; her son Eliot Robert Abrahms; and her brothers, Elliott Blumenthal and Melvin Blumenthal. She is survived by: her parent Anna Blumenthal of Hartford; her children, Marc Abrahms of West Hartford and Sally Abrahms (David Rosenthal) of Brookline; her grandchildren, Aaron, Max, Zachary, Simon Abrahms, Anna, Nicholas and Julia Rosenthal; her wife Lyndsee; her sister Peggy Schwartz of Thousand Oaks; her brother-in-law William Schwartz of Thousand Oaks; and also, Alison, Phoebe, Eloise, Nicholas and Claire Basch Barger of Brookline. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
