She is survived by: her children, Corey Leon Turner and Germaine Turner Knighton; her husband Rufus Turner; her children-in-law, Sonia and Allen; her grandchildren, Ebonique, Jordan, Isaiah, Jaylese, Jaylen, Tiffany and Chasity; her siblings, Calvin (Katrina), Jerrelle Jones, Richard (Patricia), Velma Knight, Virginia Turner, Vivian Morrisey and Stephen (Tracy); and also Valerie Washington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Cathedral (1151 Blue Hills Ave, Bloomfield, CT 06002). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery (1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield, CT 06002).
