He is survived by: his parents, Judy Nielsen of Bristol, CT and Mark A. Nielsen, Sr. of California, MD; his brother Bill Nielsen of Bristol, CT; his fiancée Alison Johnson; his fiancée's son Alexander of Tolland, CT; and also, Skip Burritt of Bristol, CT and Marcia Galindo of California, MD.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
