She was predeceased by: her parents, James Belt Berry and Margaret Bowie Berry; her spouse Calvert Thomas; and her siblings, Katherine Howard Berry Clagett and James Belt Berry, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Calvert Bowie Thomas (Cheryl) of North Chesterfield, VA, Brooke T. Dold (Wylie) of Houston, TX and Douglas M. Thomas (Diane) of West Hartford, CT; her grandchildren, Calvert Bowie Thomas, Jr. (Kendall), Charlotte T. Creech (Andrew), Lindsay D. O'Sullivan (Conor), Thomas N. Dold (Gisele), Whitney L. Dold, William C. Thomas (Carly), Katherine R. Thomas and Matthew J. Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Haley, Jeffrey Creech, Benjamin, William Dold, Noel, Margaret O'Sullivan, Calvert and Chase Thomas.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Saint John's Episcopal Church (679 Farmington Ave, Hartford, CT 06119). A reception will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Parish Hall (289 Arch Rd, Avon, CT 06001).
