She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Lee and Burt Prude; her siblings, Irene, Donald and Oscar; her nephew Henry; and her grandson Bernard Prude, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Prude (Sandy), Brice Prude of East Hartford and Bernard Prude (Sonia) of Manchester; her siblings, Bertha L. Prude, Artha R. Prude, Mattie M. Prude of Hartford, Ruthies Prude of Windsor and Wilbert Prude of Hartford; her close friend Mary Martin; and her niece Obbileita Prude (Missy). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
