She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Lezak and Olga Lezak (Gwardian); and her sister Josefa. She is survived by: her daughter Samara Hollander Ginsburg (Andrew Ginsburg) of West Hartford; her granddaughters, Maya and Ruby; and her siblings, Vera (Gary), Lee (Peter), Lucy (Larry), Renee (Bryan) and John. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many dear life-long friends.
