She is survived by: her husband Vladimir J. Spacek; her children, Jana Milbocker (Michael) of Holliston, MA, Petr Spacek (Susan Ulrich) of Princeton, MA, Ivana Spacek (Ben Stargardter) of Windsor, Paul Spacek (Lan) of Bridgewater, MA and Mark Spacek (Kate) of Marlborough, MA; and her grandchildren, Katrina Milbocker, Luke Milbocker, Paulina Spacek, Isabella Spacek, Joseph Spacek, Nathan Spacek, Kevin Spacek and Jason Spacek. She is also survived by many sister and brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
