She is survived by: her mother Raphine Nelson (Whitlow) of Daddy's Girl; her daughter Cassidy Weatherington of Bloomfield; her siblings, Fay Nelson Blanks and Gregory Nelson; her niece Dorian Blanks; her son Christopher R. Weatherington; and her goddaughter Gianna Flowers Budkofsky. She is also survived by other relatives, especially her cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lodge Community Chapel (130 Deerfield Rd, Windsor, CT 06095). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
