She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Nicholas Lopez Plana and Felicita Berrios Mejia; her husband Carmelo Cruz Roman; and her children, Abraham and Angel.
She is survived by: her children, Carmelo (Gladys), Evelin (Eddie), Maria (Cuong), Juan Nicholas "Johnny" (Carmen), Pablo, Pedro (Sonia), Evangelio (Glorivee), Saul, Jesus (Michelle), Herminia "Minnie" and Felicita (Lolly); and her daughter-in-law Evelyn Marrero. She is also survived by 51 grandchildren, 65 great-grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
