She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Gworek; her son Steven Gworek; and her siblings, John Mytych and Stasia Dymarczyk. She is survived by: her children, Susan Gworek, Lois Gworek and James Gworek (Laura); her siblings, Jeannette Gladczuk and Leonard Mytych; her grandsons, Jason Gworek (Gina), Thomas Gworek (Alixandra Campagna) and Robert Gworek; and her great grandchild Hudson Gworek. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
