He was predeceased by: his father Tony Malawitz; his son Gregory Cuyler; his mother Victoria Malawitz; his siblings, Mary Ann Manselle, Gerald Malawitz, Stanley Fleming and Gary Beanie McCluney; and his brother-in-law John Manselle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tamara L. Malawitz, Siri Rishi and Sierra Nicole Flakes of Springfield Mass; his grandchildren, Jaya Allen, Kyron Cuyler, Arion Cuyler, Ariel Cuyler, Jayla Forman and Peyton Forman; his great grandchild Nyla Britto; his brother Dwight Fleming; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly McIntosh, Standria Jackson, Gregory Moore and Stanley Carter; his sister-in-law Margret Malawitz; and his daughter Hubbard Street. He is also survived by several Cousins, Grand Nieces, Nephews.
