With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria J. Beckford (Bloomfield, Connecticut), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on October 22, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Theodore Ford. She is survived by: her spouse Oswald N. Beckford; her parent Loretta Ford (Williams); and her children, Lisa of Bloomfield, Kerry of Bloomfield, Christopher of Bloomfield and Kimberly Beckford of Bloomfield.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Hoffman Heart & Vascular Institute of CT, St. Francis Hospital, 114 Woodland Street, Hartford, CT 06105.
