West-Dixon; his children, Lebron Sumpter of Miami, FL and Sharon Shell of Avon; his stepdaughter Kiana Breedlove of Bloomfield; and his sisters, Emma Jean Dixon-Burnham, Iwilla Peggins of Windsor and Christine Dixon Smith of Cromwell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
